Trainers are available during select hours to offer personalized assistance and address any questions you may have.

Yoga

Dive into the world of yoga, where you’ll learn the foundational poses that help manage anxiety, arthritis, asthma, and back pain. Experience the effects of yoga on your overall health as you witness improvements in blood pressure, stress levels, and various other health conditions. Classes are FREE and available in-person and online.

Acupuncture 

A gentle yet powerful form of therapy used to address a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental health conditions, including pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep, and enhanced overall well-being.

Tai Chi 

Find mindfulness and inner peace with this graceful form of exercise and meditation. Combine slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and mental focus. It’s gentle, low-impact movements make it suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
